In this episode, you'll hear my conversation with Maria Aguila, PT, DPT about our experience in the recently concluded APTA Combined Sections Meeting held in San Antonio, Texas. Maria turned the table a bit and did the hosting since it was my first time attending the CSM in-person. We talked about expectations and motivations in attending the conference and what we look forward to for next year's event. Our conversation led to us talking about the experiences and struggles of internationally educated physical therapists, serving digestible physical therapy education for our patients, and the push to be more visible within our profession - whether in our own state, academies, SIGs, or APTA.
