Our guest today is Jonathan Yap, PT. He is the Director of the Neurologic Physical Therapy Residency Program in Beaumonth Hospital in Michigan. He also supervises physical, occupational, recreational therapists for the inpatient rehab in Neuro, Ortho and Oncology. Aside from being a physical therapists, He is also a fitness instructor with certifications in group fitness, tabata, Les Mills, and TRX and TRX RIP suspension training.
