LCDR Ana Leah Cazcarro of the Philippine Navy  graduated from Southwestern University, Cebu City with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. She is a member of the Naval Officers Candidate course Class 03 which graduated on March 2006. She started her military career as an Admin Officer of the Naval Public Affairs Office before being assigned to the Fleet Public Affairs office. She was then assigned at the Public Affairs Office of the AFP and at the Secretary Joint Staff of the AFP. She has completed various specialization courses locally and internationally, most significant were Civil Affairs Qualification Course in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, USA and Strategic Communications in Canberra, Australia. She is also the recipient of various awards namely: Bronze Cross Medal, Military Merit Medal and Military Commendation Medal for her efficiency and dedication to the duty.
