Dr. Zeena Hernandez received her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy in St. Paul University Philippines & Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Utica College NY. Zeena has 6 years of clinical experience in different physical therapy settings. Currently, she specializes in treating orthopedic cases, functional fitness athletes and Olympic weightlifters. She is the owner and operator of Good Reps Physical Therapy  - a cash based one-on-one PT performance clinic located in the heart of Brooklyn, New York. Zeena is passionate about health and wellness. She used to run half marathons until she discovered her love for barbell sports through Crossfit. Currently, she trains and competes as a 49kg Olympic weightlifter. 

In this episode, she talked about her experience in managing fitness athletes - how her experience in doing CrossFit and incurring injuries led her to better understand her clientele.
