Ep. 66: On Autism Spectrum Disorder: Perspective of a PT and parent with Grace Brucal

Grace Brucal, PT is a physical therapist, Autism Specialist, and Functional Medicine Student. She earned her Physical Therapy degree from the Emilio Aguinaldo College and became a PT staff and Faculty in the FEU Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation. At present, she is working in outpatient facility catering to pediatric and adult patients. She is also the owner of Steadfast Review Center, and Steadfast Boutique/Photography/ Fashion and Modelling Agency

In this episode she shared her experience as a parent to a child with autism and her motivation to learn more about her son's condition. She discussed what autism spectrum disorder and some signs to observe if a child may have the disorder. She also share her experience and thoughts in treating and handling a child in the spectrum as a clinician and as parent.
