Prof. Cheryl R. Peralta, DrPH, PTRP is the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and a Professor at the College of Rehabilitation Sciences of the University of Santo Tomas, Manila. She holds consultancy positions in the Commission on Higher Education and the Professional Regulation Commission for more than ten years. She is a licensed physical therapist by profession and holds a degree in Doctor of Public Health - Major in Epidemiology after completing a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. She also completed a Master’s degree in Health Professions Education that fueled her interest in pursuing a career as an educator, receiving various awards and recognitions at the institutional and national levels.
