Asst. Prof Donald Manlapaz, PTRP, PT, PhD, is the chair of the Physical therapy department of the College of Rehabilitation Sciences at University of Santo Tomas. Asst Prof Manlapaz (dgmanlapaz@ust.edu.ph) finished his Doctor of Philosophy in Physiotherapy from University of Otago, New Zealand, and his Master and Bachelor of Science degrees in Physical Therapy from the University of Santo Tomas. His research interests include Exergaming and assisted technology, Physical therapy education and clinical practice, and Rheumatology.

In this episode, we talked about what Exergaming is and how it's beneficial to our patient and how it can help augment our practice. He also mentioned flow theory which somewhat explains why engagement physical activity in video-based gaming can promote compliance. Let's take a listen.
