Men’s Pelvic Floor and Health Specialist
My name is Cris Dervin Fedalizo, and I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, based in Alexandria, Virginia. I’m also the founder and owner of Artizo LLC, a men’s pelvic health and wellness company dedicated to helping men thrive—above and below the belt.
With a strong foundation in orthopedics, I developed a passion for creating specialized, comprehensive programs that address the often-overlooked connection between physical function, confidence, and overall well-being. Over time, I noticed that many of my male patients were struggling silently with pelvic issues—like pain, leakage, or sexual dysfunction—without knowing where to turn.
That realization shaped my career path. I transitioned from traditional orthopedic practice into the specialized world of men’s pelvic health, blending evidence-based movement, education, and coaching to empower men to regain control of their bodies and restore their confidence.
Through Artizo LLC, I provide private, judgment-free, one-on-one sessions that combine physical strength training, mindfulness, and lifestyle coaching and physical therapy. My approach is both personal and practical—centered around understanding each client’s story and helping them rebuild from the inside out.
The name Artizo is rooted in purpose—it’s derived from a blend of my name and my partner’s, symbolizing creation and transformation. It represents what I aim to do every day: help men rebuild strength, performance, and self-assurance with a holistic, results-driven approach.
Beyond my private practice, I’m an advocate for normalizing men’s pelvic health. I’ve volunteered at community events like the Marine Corps Marathon, collaborate with local physicians and health professionals, and use platforms like this podcast to spread awareness that pelvic health is men’s health.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: healing isn’t just about fixing pain—it’s about restoring purpose, confidence, and connection. Through Artizo, I’m proud to guide men toward that transformation of confidence, strength and control — helping them thrive above and below the belt.
